1. How do I register and what information do I need to provide?

To register go to book online page and fill out the registration form. We will request the following information;

Mobile number

Dog(s) name & breed

Your dog(s) vaccination/booster information via JPEG or PDF upload

We ask for these details in order to be able to send you the access code for your booking and as an additional precaution to ensure the safety of the dogs that attend the park.
​
2. How do I book?
​
Once registered, (or if already registered) click on any of the book now buttons or book online at the top of the page. You will be taken to our services page where you can select which park you would like to reserve.
You will then be shown our live diary to check the availability of your preferred date and time. If that slot is free you can go ahead to secure it before moving on to the payment page to complete your booking.

3. What happens on the day of my booking?
​
You will have received a text from us the day before your visit with a unique access code specific to your allocated slot and chosen park.
On the day of your visit please arrive onsite no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your time slot. This allows space and time for the previous owners and dogs to exit calmly and safely.
You can drive directly onto the site car park.
Enter your access code into the combination lock, enter the park and lock the gate behind you.

4. What can I use the park for?
​
All three parks bring different experiences for you dog(s). However, all parks can also be used for the following;

Playing with a ball

Recall Training

Lead training

Exploration/Free roaming

Secure off lead time

Exclusive use - No other dogs will be in your chosen park with you

What can I not use the parks for:

5. How many dogs can I bring?
​
Pathfinder Park & Explorer Park: You are able to have 4 dogs in one park at any one time. The cost is the same if you bring 1 or 4 dogs. Should you wish to bring more than 4 dogs we can accommodate up to 8 if both parks are booked simultaneously.

OV Quest - Agility Arena: You are able to have 2 dogs in this park at any one time. The cost is the same if you bring 1 or 2 dogs.

Please note: we will require proof of vaccination/boosters for any dogs attending the parks.

6. How do I get there?
​
Odin Valley Dog Parks are located half way along Green Lane in East Boldon.
We recommend driving there, use post code NE36 0BT and follow the signs to the park.
Please note Green Lane is a narrow rural lane with an uneven surface, please take care and reduce your speed as you turn off the main road. Be prepared to give way to oncoming traffic and be courteous to our neighbours.

8. Is there onsite parking?
​
Yes, we allow a maximum of 2 cars per booking. Please park respectfully so all spaces can be utilised.

9. How do I get in touch if I encounter a problem on the day?
​
There are no staff onsite permanently, however should you encounter a problem we would recommend initially calling 07799 227418 to speak to the on call member of staff.

10. How do I amend or cancel my booking?
​
We understand your plans can change unexpectedly so you can amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance. All cancellations are subject to a 50p admin charge. We are unable to offer a refund with less than 24 hours notice. This includes cancellations or rescheduling due to bad weather, we recommend you check the local forecast prior to the 24 hour exclusion period.

11. Can I book more than 1 slot?
​
Yes, you can book multiple individual slots.
​
12. What amenities are on site?
​
As Odin Valley Dog Parks are located in rural setting there is no;

13. Is the site fully accessible?
​
The site is accessible by car with free parking. Entrance to the Pathfinder Park is via a solid walkway with a small, gentle slope onto the grass. The Explorer Park and OV Quest - Agility Arena entrances are at ground level, but exit off the car park requires a small ramp which is situated in the middle of the car park.
Entrance gates are a minimum of 1m wide and access locks positioned ~ 1m from ground level. Please note ground covering is fully grassed and uneven in places.
